Service Quality Control (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
  • PIC as controller process flow at 19th floor for OSRO application
  • Control and monitoring daily operational in SQPU for all products, such as:
  • Ensuring all reports inplace for all products, such as:
  • Monitoring briefing to admin ruko for all products and up date information are properly done
  • Responsible for SQPU Desktop Filing and update


Requirements:
  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree from any discipline.
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Well organized, taking initiative, working independently, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to partner and sustain positive working relationship with both managers and employees.
  • Strong partnership with Sales Performance unit to ensure the smooth process is in place.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge and exposure of assets & liabilities solicitation credit policy and processes


Business Development Manager (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
  • Min Bachelor Degree
  • Experienced in managing outsourced Direct Sales.
  • Mature and experienced in dealing with agency owner / outsource company
  • Sales Driven and have the managerial skills to handle about 70-90 direct sales representative.
  • Experiences to manage KPI (Key Performance Indicator), CPV, as well as Sales process control.
  • Added value if candidate have experiences in loan products


Requirements:
  • Mass Acquisition Strategy Development; prioritizing & selection of business initiatives
  • Ensuring a healthy business relationship by and between Independent Sales Agency and Citibank, and also by and between Independent Sales Agency and their respective Sales as well as performance monitoring, people development, fraud & compliance control.
  • Analyze rejection of application and market intelligence and share insight from the analysis to Direct Sales Agency to capitalize market potential.
  • In-charge for daily communication with respective Direct Sales Agency
  • Relay information, training and guide from Citibank to the Agency
  • Responsible for other duties as required by business
