OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE TEAM LEADER

Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
- Build and maintain good relationship with other departments related to project worked on
- Lead process improvement
- Manage and develop self and team members
- Knowledge transfer and seek for new project with Business and Support functions partners.
Requirements:
- Education minimum Bachelor Degree in any Background
- Work experience min. 5 years in Project Management or Process Improvement environment in Banking
- Ability in coaching to ensure knowledge transfer to Team Members
- Having Black Belt or ISO Certification is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Good communication skills and a team player.
FUND SERVICES PROCESSING MANAGER

Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
- Handling new fund product and implementation
- Set up new parameter for fund
- Handling daily mutual fund operation
- Solve funds problem and supervise funds team.
Requirements:
- Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Experience min. 5 years in Capital Market, and familiar with Bapepam regulation
- Have in-depth experience in Fund services operation and product
- Good knowledge in Fund Accounting – PSAK 50-55 and Tax
- Good managerial skill and a team player.
SECURITIES PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
- Handling new custodian project system
- Set all parameters in new system
- Redefine and restructuring of work scope for Funds Services
- Develop and implement new product
- Supervise funds team.
Requirements:
- Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Experience min. 5 years in Custodian system
- Good knowledge in Capital Market, accounting, and tax
- Good managerial skill and a team player.
