Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university, min GPA 2.75
- Having experience at least 1 years as Customer Service
- Having ability to operate Ms. Word and Ms. Excel well
- Having good product knowledge and understanding on daily banking operation/service practices
- Good communication skills in both verbal and writing (having proficiency in English is preferred)
