Bank Andara is established with a view to realizing the goals of poverty alleviation through a healthy and profitable operation of a wholesale bank that supports the MFI Indonesia. Bank Andara is designed to provide and actively increase the scale of the use of mobile financial services to the poor who lack access to financial institutions. Bank Andara work to achieve that goal by creating a mobile banking products and other services that are effective, growing, sustainable, and easily duplicated.
Bank Andara innovative approaches in the banking sector offering products and services financial management and flexible capital to MFIs who have been through the rating process and appropriate funding. Through a partnership with Bank Andara, MFIs will also be able to provide a variety of products besides micro loans and savings to their customers, including money transfer services, micro-insurance and a wide range of technology-based products.

Requirements:
- Having experience in microfinance and SME
- Has the market portfolio and a good data base
- Accustomed to working with its financial targets for Performance Assessment
- Excellent knowledge of financial analysis including cash flow, financial ratios and credit risk assessment
- Minimum Bachelor graduates from various disciplines
- Have good communication skills (Indonesian and English)
- Having a good personality and leadership and team-oriented
- Placement of Denpasar, Semarang and Surabaya
