Corporate Employee Business Associate - Contract

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of CEB Relationship, this new position has responsibility for understanding corporate needs and achieving stretch sales targets for the Corporate Employee Business growth in Indonesia. Role responsibilities include approaching the potential new company, assisting the client by analysing the company’s need and offering the CEB products proposal to the client, actively maintaining existing customers about ANZ Corporate Employee Business product and initiating event to support CEB sales in the CEB client company.
- You will actively target ANZ Institutional Banking clients and non Institutional Banking clients, thereby retaining the growth share of existing corporate base to sustain and increase profitability.
- Portfolio management will also be a part of your function and this will include internal and external activities. Internal activities will comprise meeting internal procedures and as well as working in harmony with other team and product partners. External activities will comprise proactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of customer’s business and financial services needs.
Requirements:
- Candidates will require solid sales experience and a good track record of exceeding sales targets. Tertiary qualification in a business related field, such as Bachelor of Business/Management/Commerce/Finance/Accounting/Economics will be preferred. Excellent comprehension, written and spoken English and leadership skills will be required. Previous experience selling a broad range of banking products, particularly credit cards and personal loan will also prove beneficial.
