PT Bank MITRANIAGA or known as "Bank MITRANIAGA" is a National Private Bank based in Jakarta and began operations in 1989 after obtaining a business license from the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia through his decision letter No.. 1235/KMK 013/1989 dated 13 November 1989. It currently has 12 (twelve) network offices in Jakarta, which consists of one (1) Operational Headquarters, 7 (seven) Branch Office and 3 (three) Cash office and one (1) office in Surabaya. The addition of office network in the area around Jakarta and outside Jakarta will be done in the near future to strengthen the Bank's business activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and carry out the tasks that the obligations and responsibilities
  • Arranging and conducting secretarial, administrative and storage-storage archival directors / commissioners
  • Try to arrange the agenda of work of directors such as submit a plan of activities and plans for the appointment of directors / commissioners and perform confirmations and prepare materials needed for it
  • Receive incoming letters arranged to try, requested disposition of the directors / commissioners and distributed to relevant parties
  • Preparing letters and memos correspondence outgoing directors / commissioners both for internal and external
  • Arranging the meetings of directors / commissioners like the delivery of invitations / notifications, prepare the room and the court reporter
  • Carry out duties as a telephone operator, telex and facsimile for directors / commissioners
  • Carry out the typing of letters directors / commissioners including the decision letter issued by the directors / commissioners
  • Carry out the work of filling and typing the manuscript draft of a letter and documents provided olek directors / commissioners
  • Carry out other tasks given by the directors and the immediate supervisor along still within the scope of the functions and duties of secretary

Requirements:

  • Education Min D3 (Preferably majoring in Secretarial College)
  • Minimum 2 years
  • Can operate the computer
  • Can speak English (Spoken and written) are preferred
  • Look attractive, high integrity, honest & responsible

Staff Appraisal

Responsibilities:
  • Check the completeness of documents for collateral survey
  • Conduct a review to the location of collateral
  • Conduct assessments and make the assessment report
  • Checks to the tribe urban planning department
  • Finding comparable data to determine market prices

Requirements:
  • Male / Female, maximum 30 years.
  • Education min S1 with GPA> 3.00
  • Understanding the binding procedures of credit and guarantees, mortgages and fiducia installation, and maintenance of land titles
  • Mastering the concept of making Premisse Certificate or Legal Drafting
  • Mastering the procedures & processes new credit agreement, extension, alteration, and additions
  • Banks have experience in at least 1-2 years preferred
